Returns and Cancellations
If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We would be happy to work with you to resolve any issue to ensure you are happy with your order.
What if I receive damaged goods?
We pack your goods as well as we can but we know that sometimes the journey to your house can be a bit rough. If your package arrives a bit worse for wear you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods that they are damaged. We may ask for photographic evidence of damage. This is to allow us show the postal service. We may ask you to return the goods to us and we will reimburse any delivery costs incurred, should we do so. Replacement goods will be sent to you at no additional cost to you. Beyond the 14 day period all merchandise shall be deemed to be in good order and damage goods claims will not be entertained.
How do I cancel an order?
You have the right to cancel your order if you change your mind. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can process the cancellation of goods before they are dispatched.
How do I return goods?
To return goods to SpiritedChild contact us using our contact form and include the order details, your email address and delivery address. This is to help us speed up your refund claim. We recommend that all goods returned are sent by insured recorded delivery. Spiritedchild cannot be responsible for lost or damaged goods. Claims cannot be processed until requested returned goods are received. Returned goods must be in a resaleable condition. We have the right not to refund the cost of goods which we cannot resell.
Custom orders cannot be refunded due to their specific designs, styles etc that may have been requested. Please contact us to discuss this further.
Cancellation by us.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
a) We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order;
b) If there is a suspected case of fraud;
c) Due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the rare event of us cancelling your order we will email you to let you know. We will credit your credit/debit card account as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after you have placed your order. Unfortunately we are not in a position to, and are not obliged to, offer additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.
