Shipping Policy

 

We ship using Swiss Standard B Post.  All your items are hand-made to order (unless stated beforehand) This means your order will be shipped up to 10 days after purchase.

If you need your purchase by a particular date please inform us at checkout.

 

The cost of shipping will depend on the number of items you purchased and the type of shipping you choose (Priority or Economy). We aim to charge you no more than is necessary to get your new goodies to you.  Shipping costs include Swiss Post charges plus cost of shipping materials.

See the table below for Swiss Post Standard Post Rates to Switzerland, Europe and the Rest of the World (as of July 1st 2015- subject to change without notice). Customs charges may apply in some countries. These are the customers responsibility.

We cannot accept liability for any items lost/damaged during shipping process. Insurance for any orders can only be guaranteed if a postage fee is paid and items sent as a parcel (see costs below)

  • Economy Shipping 1+ items (tracked) CHF 7.50

  • Standard Shipping Multiple Items  CHF 7.50

  • Priority Shipping Multiple Items (Items shipped within 5 days) CHF 9.50

  • Priority Shipping 1+ items (tracked) CHF 9.50

  • Beeswax wraps & Snack bags CHF2.50

  • Face Coverings CHF 2.50

 

Shipping within Europe
 

  • Standard Economy Shipping 1 item (3-10 business days) CHF 8.50

  • Standard Economy Shipping Multiple Items (Up to 2 weeks) CHF 12.50

 

Shipping Rest of the World

 

  • Standard Economy 1 Item (Up to 2 weeks) CHF 9.50

  • Standard Shipping Economy Multiple Bulky Items (Up to 2 weeks) CHF 17.50

 

PLEASE NOTE: We ship internationally via Swiss Post.  Customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen. We can not represent international shipments as gifts. Purchases must be accurately described and valued at the full sales price. International buyers are responsible for any and all charges related to delivery, including, but not limited to, clearance and/or customs fees, duties and/or taxes, and any brokerage fees that may be charged by the shipper. Please be familiar with the laws of your country.
